What happens if I cancel my booking?
Where a booking is cancelled due to circumstances beyond your control we try to be understanding and reasonable. For business travel or social events, cancellation fees may be charged for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled journey, with a further charge if the vehicle is already on its way to collect you. Deposits for wedding bookings are non-refundable.
