How can I be sure that the driver is who he says he is?
We carry many passengers including lone female travellers, and occasionally unaccompanied children, and we take your safety very seriously. All our drivers carry a photo. ID card. If you would like extra reassurance, we can arrange a password known only to you, us and the designated driver, or can confirm his identity by telephone, if you wish.
